Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and an additional 3-7 business days for delivery.

We only ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery cannot be altered once submitted.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping for all orders is a flat $6. For orders of at least $100, shipping is free.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, we are not liable for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your order, please contact the carrier directly.

If an order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Multiple Items Orders

If you order multiple products, they may ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers in this case.

Customs & Import Taxes

We do our best to handle import duties, but in certain cases, customers may be responsible for additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
